The following people should NOT use this heated product.

- A child under the age of 12.

- Incapacitated or immobile person.

- Diabetic or insensitive to heat.

- A paraplegic, quadriplegic or amputee person.

- Having poor blood circulation.

- Over cuts, skin lesions, sores or areas of damaged skin.

- Anyone who can not clearly understand the instructions and/or operate the controls.

Check and ensure the power cord is properly plugged in and press the ON/OFF button If the level setting is stil not illuminated, unplug the power and contact Customer Support.

Try the following test to see if it is operating properly:

  • Connect the controller to your heated product.
  • Plug the controller into a working wall outlet.
  • Set the controller to the highest heat setting and wait for 5 minutes.
  • Fold the product with at least 4 folds.
  • Put your hand inside the folds. If you do feel the warmth, it is working properly.
  • Turn the controller off and lay out your heated product flat.
  • Resume normal operation after 20 minutes.

CAUTION:

DO NOT continue the test for more than 7 minutes.
DO NOT attempt to make any internal adjustment to this appliance.
If you have tried the above solutions and stil doesn't work, stop using it immediately. disconnect the power cord and contact Customer Support.

NOTE: This heated product is not a heating pad. It will not feel hot to the touch when laid out fat in a normal manner.

No, this heated product is intended for use ONLY with the standard 120V AC 60Hz wall outlet at home.

F0/ Input voltage error, lower than 95V or higher than 150V

F1/ Electrical frequency error, lower than 55HZ or higher than 65HZ

F2/ Loose control connection to the module

F3/ Control box internal circuit error

F4/ Control box electronic component error

1. Turn off the control power first, and unplug the control power cord off the wall outlet.
2. Check your product for visual damage.
3. Be certain the control is well connected to the module and securely fasten in locked position.
4. Plug the power cord back into the 120V AC wall outlet.
5. Set the control to "ON".
6. If the control stil indicates"F2" on the display after trying 2 or 3 times to reset, disconnect the power cord and contact Customer Service.
