- Ensure the power cord is properly plugged into a working wall outlet.
- Press the ON/OFF button on the control.
- If the level setting light does not illuminate, unplug the power cord and contact Customer Support.
Try the following test:
- Connect the controller to your heated product.
- Plug the controller into a working wall outlet.
- Set the controller to the highest heat setting and wait 5 minutes.
- Fold the product at least 4 times.
- Place your hand inside the folds. If you feel warmth, the product is operating properly.
After testing:
- Turn off the controller and lay the product flat.
- Resume normal use after 20 minutes.
Caution:
- Do not continue the test for more than 7 minutes.
- Do not attempt to make internal adjustments to the product.
- If the product still does not heat properly, discontinue use, unplug it, and contact Customer Support.
Note: This heated product is not a heating pad. It will not feel hot to the touch when laid flat during normal use.
Yes. It is normal for the control to feel warm to the touch when functioning properly.
This heated product should not be used by:
- Children under the age of 12 without adult supervision
- Incapacitated or immobile individuals
- Individuals with diabetes or reduced sensitivity to heat
- Paraplegic, quadriplegic, or amputee individuals
- Individuals with poor blood circulation
- Over cuts, sores, lesions, or damaged skin areas
- Anyone unable to clearly understand the instructions and/or operate the controls
Please discontinue use of the heated product immediately. Contact our Customer Service team by email for instructions on how and where to return the product.
The control is programmed to display these codes if an issue is detected:
- FO: Input voltage error (below 95V or above 150V)
- F1: Electrical frequency error (below 55Hz or above 65Hz)
- F2: Loose connection between the control and the module
- F3: Internal circuit error in the control box
- F4: Electronic component error in the control box
Reset Instructions:
- Turn off the control and unplug the power cord from the wall outlet.
- Inspect the product for any visible damage.
- Ensure the control is properly connected to the module and securely locked in place.
- Plug the power cord back into a 120V AC wall outlet.
- Turn the control to the "ON" position.
- If the display still shows "F2" after 2–3 reset attempts, disconnect the power cord and contact Customer Service.
No. This heated product is designed for use only with a standard 120V AC 60Hz wall outlet in a home environment.
